Joining the Team

Follow these steps to join the phonlab-tcd organisation on Github.

1. Send Your GitHub Username to the ABAIR Github Admin​

Send your GitHub username by email to:

sloanjo@tcd.ie

For example:

To: sloanjo@tcd.ie
Subject: New Github Account
Hi, this is name. My GitHub username is Github username. Please add me to the team!

2. Wait to Be Added to the Team by the Admin​

The Github Admin will invite you to the organization or team. You'll receive an email from Github inviting you to join the team.

3. Join the Team​

  • Click the Join button in the invitation email.
  • That’s it! 🎉 You're now part of the team.

Finished​

You can now:

  • Access the organization’s repositories
  • Edit the content on websites
  • Collaborate on code
  • Submit pull requests
  • Highlight issues that need fixing
  • Review and comment on issues
