June 13th ABAIR Meeting

Highlights
- Míle Glór na nÓg web app up and running
- New ABAIR website in the works!
- Joey working with UCC on new LLM.
- An Rinn corpus - looked at 3000 prompts. Found 2150 more prompts that weren't included.
- Gettin another 1000 prompts by next week.
- Building up children's corpus for An Rinn.
- Donall recording - 3 more stories. Fotheidil worked well but takes a long time to edit.
- A couple more kids recorded and a few more on the schedule. Going to try summer camps to get more kids to record.
- Reported on Conference from previous week, NEARTÚ etc., and the need for a better website to communicate with the public.
- Introduced wireframes for new website - Oskar volunteered to create the website.
- Updates on work with Finn on mol.abair.ie.
- Presented Míle Glór na nÓg - all working well and available to view now on mileglornanog.abair.ie (completed in 2-3 days). Recordings saved to new Supabase Bucket. Auth still needs implementing.
- Offered to work on new ABAIR website with Amanda. Will do research on which tools to use.
- Generated 28000 sentences with place names which worked well.
- In talks with UCC on collaboration on next Language Model. Still working out what is going on. Had a meeting with them directly after the ABAIR meeting.
- Working on creating dataset with paired Irish texts. Wants to use human judgement to compare and choosing which is better, then use that to train a new language model.

- Forgot to mention at the meeting, but ABAIR's first sea swimming outing this week as Gaeilge was a success. See Joey, John, and Liam doing their best to fight the cold while other bathers look on.
