Poster Creation Tips
- Clearly mention the salary. Avoid over-selling the position to prevent mismatched expectations and potential early resignations.
For Programmers:
- Emphasize that strong proficiency and previous experience with React is essential.
- Highlight the need for strong visual and design skills.
- I avoided mentioning ABAIR until the interview stage.
For Artists:
- Candidates must be proficient in a digital art tool of their choice.
- Emphasize that they will need to mimic the existing cartoon-style artwork, which is designed for children.
- A personal art portfolio is required.
