To make monthly claims for hours worked, you will first need to complete part 2 of the claims setup form, and email it to Andy Murphy

Making Monthly Claims

Each month, you will need to fill in and submit a monthly claims spreadsheet (link to download below). This document shows how many hours you worked over this month. It needs to be submitted no later than the 20th of the month to process the payment for the following month. As such, you will need to estimate the hours you will work for the final week and a half of each month.

In addition, when submitting, you should also provide a brief description of the work carried out. This does not need to be extensive - bullet points will be sufficient.

You should email the claim form and the description of the work carried out to Andy Murphy, with your point of contact cc'd. The point of contact will confirm that the hours claimed align with the work carried out.
